 Group: Member Posts: Joined: Mon Oct 22 2007 Status: Offline | I have gathered a few buddies together from various parts of the UK, nothing special - more a social side and have entered into the low teir of the Newquay 7s (Cornwall) for a bit of a laugh and a beery weekend to check the competition out. If anyone is interested in coming down to play, please let me know. (I am Martin Carew by the way!!). At the moment I have an empty car!! The competition is on the 18th to 20th July and features some of the best invitational 7s sides including the Army, Suzies Saloon, The Marauders, Samurai's etc. There are 5 levels from invitational through various degrees of club rugby to social/pub sides. The weekend promises to be a very memorable one with plenty of rugby on offer, beer, beaches etc etc with some of the best Surf that the UK has to offer as well as a vibrant night life!! |
