HULL CITY: Bullard in frame for Gunners
Bullard should again start for City when the Gunners arrive at the KC Stadium on Saturday following a 62-minute run-out in the 5-1 loss at Everton.
Sources close to the £5m midfielder have confirmed to the Mail that he "feels fit" and was only replaced at Goodison Park as a precaution.
The 31-year-old expects to keep his starting place when the Gunners arrive for the first of City's 10 remaining matches.
Bullard's presence will be a timely boost to manager Phil Brown, who has been critical of the way his team capitulated against Everton.
Despite an ineffective game from his main play-maker on his return to the side, Brown looks set to keep faith with him.
But City's line-up is likely to include a couple of changes, with Andy Dawson returning at left-back after recovering from an asthma attack.
Craig Fagan is in contention after completing a one-match ban, while winger Stephen Hunt hopes to prove his fitness.
The Republic of Ireland international has been having injections for a foot injury but should return to training at the end of this week.
